Affordable Housing Consolidation Working Group Charge
The Affordable Housing Consolidation Working Group (“Working Group”) shall consist of two members of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Committee (“AHTFC”) selected by the AHTFC, two members of the Southborough Housing Opportunity Partnership Committee (“SHOPC”) selected by SHOPC, and one at-large member selected by the Select Board. The Working Group’s charge shall be creation of a draft article for the special town meeting to be held on September 30, 2024 consolidating AHTFC and SHOPC into one committee that merges the responsibilities of these two committees.
The charge of this Working Group shall expire by October 31, 2024.
