The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of 144 Turnpike Road LLC, 144 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow a wall sign that exceeds the maximum height requirement. The property is located in the Business Highway zoning district.
