News Flash

This is to inform you that the following ZBA decisions were filed with the Town Clerk on July 1, 2025: 

• 12 Winchester Street, Special Permit to allow an extension/alteration of a pre-existing, nonconforming structure
• 118 Turnpike Road, Special Permit to allow an exercise facility and an additional use on one lot
