This is to notify you of the following:
- 2024.09.04 Residences at Park Central 40B-Planning Board Comment Letter has been added to "Board and Committee Letters to ZBA"
- At the September 4, 2024 ZBA meeting, the Board voted to close the public hearing and deny the Comprehensive Permit application. A new meeting has been scheduled for September 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM for the Board and Town Counsel to review, edit, and finalize the written decision. This meeting will take place on Zoom only, and while it is a public meeting and open to virtual attendance, it is a discussion item only and not a public hearing.
