The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:30 P.M. with regard to the petition of FD 250 Turnpike Road, LLC, 250 Turnpike Road & 0 Parkerville Road, Southborough, MA (Map 27, Lot 46). The petitioner is seeking a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23 and 760 CMR 56 to construct a 56-unit apartment building. The property is located in the Residence A zoning district.
