The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing via a virtual Zoom meeting, Thursday, November 15, 2023 at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of 19 East Main Street LLC, 19 East Main Street, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow the reconstruction of a pre-existing, nonconforming structure. The property is located in the Residence B zoning district.
