The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing via a virtual Zoom meeting, Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Christie and Adam Benson, 5 Thayer Lane, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Variance to allow for two sheds located within the rear and side setbacks. The property is located in the Residence B zoning district (formerly Residence C). Relief is requested under Section 174-25 A (3) and Section 174 174-8.3 (e).
