The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing via a virtual Zoom meeting, Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of The Residences at Park Central LLC, located at 0 Turnpike Road, 0 Flagg Road, and Off Route 495, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Comprehensive Permit under MGL Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23 and 760 CMR 56 to construct a 200-unit, ownership community for mix-income residents. The property is located in the Industrial Park and Industrial districts. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, signed into law on June 16, 2021, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.
