The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing via a virtual Zoom meeting, Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Michael Bartolini on behalf of owner David Johnson, 9 Jericho Hill Road, Southborough, MA (Map 71, Lot 3A). The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to convert a single-family dwelling to a two-family dwelling. The property is located in the Residential A district. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.2 B(6) and Section 174-9 G.
