News Flash

This is to notify you that the following decisions were filed with the Town Clerk on November 25, 2025: 

• 32 Central Street - Special Permit to allow an alteration/extension of a preexisting nonconforming structure
• 118-120 Turnpike Road - Special Permit to allow multiple uses on one lot

The appeal period for both decisions will run from 11/26/25 through 12/16/25. Copies of the decisions can be found at the links above, by going to the ZBA Decisions webpage, or emailing ldavis@southboroughma.gov. Certified Copies can be obtained from the Town Clerk's office.
