The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Blue Sky Utility, LLC, 150 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow multiple uses on one lot. The property is located in the Industrial District. Relief is requested under Section 174-8 C(2) and Section 174-9.
