The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:20 P.M. with regard to the petition of FD 120 Turnpike LLC, 118-120 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA, Map 37, Lot 118-4 and Map 37, Lot 120-4. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow multiple uses on one lot. The property is located in the Business Highway zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9 and Section 174-8 C (2).
