The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Lourival Santos, 32 Central Street, Southborough, MA, Map 47, Lot 57. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow an alteration or extension to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure. The property is located in the Residence B zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9 and Section 174-19.
