The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 7:10 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Pratts Automotive Group, 355 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow multiple uses on one lot. The property is located in the Industrial zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9, and Section 174-8 C (2).
