The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Laura & Ryan Aiken, 118 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking Special Permits to allow an exercise facility and multiple uses on one lot. The property is located in the Business Highway zoning district.
