The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Gary & Bridget Ross, 12 Winchester Street, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow an extension and alteration to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure. The property is located in the Residence B zoning district.
