The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing in the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of FD 250 Turnpike LLC, 250 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow a wall sign that exceeds the maximum area and height, and a standing sign that exceeds the maximum area. The property is located in the Industrial and Residence A zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9, Section 174-11.
