This is a renotice of a public hearing due to the cancellation of the regularly scheduled meeting on April 16, 2025. The new date and time will be as follows:
The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing via a virtual Zoom meeting, Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of 153 Cordaville Road LLC, 153 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow wall signs above the maximum allowable height and larger than the maximum allowable area. The property is located in the Industrial Park zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9, Section 174-11. Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, An Act Relative to Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation. No in-person attendance by members of the public will be permitted.
