This is a renotice of a public hearing due to the cancellation of the regularly scheduled meeting on April 16, 2025. The new date and time will be as follows:
The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing in the Public Safety Training Room, 32 Cordaville Road, Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Sean & Julie Connelly, 26 Granuaile Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Variance to construct a garage that will encroach on the side setback. The property is located in the Residence A zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.2 D(3)(c).
