Due to the Town website issue last week and the subsequent cancellation of the April 16, 2025 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, the public hearings and discussion items originally scheduled for April 16, 2025 have been rescheduled as follows (please see posted agendas for specific times):
April 30, 2025 (Remote meeting via Zoom)
-6 Lorenzo Drive (Public Hearing) - Special Permit to allow more than three garage bays
-120 Turnpike Road 40B (discussion item) - Easement & Subdivision Plans
May 7, 2025 (Remote meeting via Zoom)
-26 Granuaile Drive (Public Hearing) - Variance to allow an addition that encroaches on the side setback
-153 Cordaville Road (Public Hearing) - Special Permit to allow a sign that exceeds the maximum height and area
May 21, 2025 (Location TBD)
-250 Turnpike Road Comprehensive Permit 40B (Public Hearing)
