The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing in the Public Safety Training Room, 32 Cordaville Road, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of 153 Cordaville Road LLC, 153 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow wall signs above the maximum allowable height and larger than the maximum allowable area. The property is located in the Industrial Park zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9, Section 174-11.
