The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing in the Public Safety Training Room, 32 Cordaville Road, Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Bartolini Properties LLC on behalf of owner Brendan Griffin, 6 Lorenzo Drive, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow more than three garage bays. The property is located in the Residential A Zoning District. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.2 B(12).
