This is to notify you that the following ZBA decisions have been filed with the Town Clerk and uploaded to the ZBA Decisions website:
- 20 Sears Road - Special Permit to allow more than three garage bays
- 7 Ashley Road - Special Permit & Variance to allow an accessory apartment that encroaches on the side setback
