The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, November 13 at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petitions of Sandra Delbridge, 20 Sears Road, Southborough, MA. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow more than three (3) garage bays. The property is located in the Residence A Zoning District. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.2 B (12).
