The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the Public Safety Training Room, 32 Cordaville Road, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Zachary Bemis, 104 Sears Road, Southborough, MA, Map 29, Lot 1. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow more than three garage bays. The property is located in the Residence A zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.2(B)(12).
