The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the Public Safety Training Room, 32 Cordaville Road, Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of FD 120 Turnpike LLC, 120 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA, Map 37, Lot 120-4. The petitioner is seeking a Variance to permit 344 parking spaces. The property is located in the Business Highway zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-12(E)(13) and Section 174-10.
