The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of Gracious Home Adult Day Health Care Center, LLC, 337 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA, Map 25, Lot 12B. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to allow an adult day care use. The property is located in the Industrial Park zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-8.6 (C)(7) and Section 174-9.
