The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:15 P.M. with regard to the petition of Ellen & Michael Moorehead, 77 Deerfoot Road, Southborough, MA, Map 34, Lot 1. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit and a Variance to allow an alteration to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure that will encroach on the side setback. The property is located in the Residence A zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-19 and Section 174-8.2 D (3) (C).
