The Board of Appeals of the Town of Southborough will hold a public hearing at the McAuliffe Hearing Room, 17 Common Street, Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. with regard to the petition of John Cage, 6 Parker Street, Southborough, MA, Map 3, Lot 8. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit and a Variance to allow an alteration to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure that will encroach on the side setback. The property is located in the Residence B zoning district. Relief is requested under Section 174-9 E Section 174-8.3 D (3) (c), and Section 174-8.3 D (3) (a).
