The Building Department is located at 9 Cordaville Road, Lower Level, in Southborough, Massachusetts (entrance in the back parking lot). We can be reached at 508-485-0717 Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please call to schedule your inspections.
Building inspections are conducted on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. There are no building inspections on Fridays.
