Survey for Southborough Senior Center

The Southborough Council on Aging has mailed a survey to all Town residents 55 years of age and over to assess the Senior Center services for our Senior and soon-to-be Senior community.  This survey offers the opportunity for current Seniors to voice their opinions on Senior Center programs and services.  For younger residents it is an introduction to what our Senior Center offers for activities, health and outreach services, as well as an opportunity for all residents to share their ideas on what types of programs you would like to see offered. Survey forms were mailed on Saturday, April 6, 2024.  If you are a resident Senior of Southborough, 55 years of age and over and have not received the survey please see below or please pick one up at the Senior Center. The Survey must be returned to the Senior Center office or mail to: Southborough Senior Center, 9 Cordaville Road, Southborough, MA 01772 by April 30, 2024.  Your survey response is anonymous.
